RA 7277, PHILIPPINE SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF

The semi-residential Philippine School for the Deaf, formerly known as the School for the Deaf and Blind, is the pioneer school for the handicapped in the country and in Asia, and the only government-owned institution for the deaf in the country. it is the only government-owned institution for the deaf in the country.. well this is great for the country and for those people without enough funds to pay for a special school like this.
